Delphin is in one of the most beautifully spirited men you will ever met. He joined our program as a young counselor, volunteering his services to counsel war-affected children and former child soldiers in Goma, DRC. His infectious joy and deep compassion coupled with diligent work ethic made him indispensable. In 2012, he was further trained in trauma care models and joined PLC’s full-time staff.
His eyes gleamed and tears welled when offered the full-time job opportunity to invest in the restoration and rehabilitation of the children he cares so deeply for.
He is an invaluable blessing to Exile International and the Peace Lives Center.
