MILKBARN KIDS

Who is Milkbarn Kids?

We love seeing the world through a child’s eyes.  We love their imaginations, their senses, and their wonder – running, romping, daydreaming, gazing at the clouds.  That’s what Milkbarn is all about.

Our children’s imagination inspires everything we create.  At Milkbarn Kids, we understand a fresh, well-designed, and well-made treasure touches hearts.  We trust every keepsake crafted with love soothes the soul.  Explore our organic baby shop and discover our newest, one-of-a-kind arrivals, including bedding, children’s books, and gifts all made with a purpose.

Above all else, Milkbarn Kids commits to ensuring every product in our online organic baby shop meets or exceeds all applicable product safety standards.  We are compliant with all CPSIA safety regulations and standards.  All of our organic fabrics are Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified.  This certification also ensures our organic cotton is sourced in the most ethical and sustainable ways.

What we love about Milkbarn Kids

Since 2016, Milkbarn Kids has given a significant portion of each purchase to the mission of EI. Because of their generosity, 200 war-affected youth each year are provided with the holistic rehabilitation they need to heal and have hope for a brighter tomorrow! Read more about Milkbarn’s partnership here!

As Founder Stacy Phillips puts it “We love seeing the world through a child’s eyes. We love their imaginations, their senses, and their wonder – running, romping, daydreaming, gazing at the clouds. That’s what Milkbarn is all about.”

THE WELL

Who is The Well?

We are a coffeehouse with a bold vision to make a difference in both our local and global communities. As a missional coffeehouse focused on sustainable solutions to poverty, we turn profits into hope. We do this by creating a product you love, serving you with a smile, and giving all of our profits to people in need.

We love coffee. We love people even more.

What we love about The Well

Each purchase at The Well supports clean water projects all over the world. The Well’s customers have built water projects in over 50 communities bringing clean water to over 20,000 people.

“To truly change lives, we have to keep asking harder questions. Beyond providing access to water in coffee-growing communities, we ensure coffee growers are receiving a living wage for their craft. We constantly seek transparency and challenge the industry and our customers to value those who give us the world’s best coffee.”

ABLE

Who is ABLE?

ABLE is an ethical fashion brand that employs and empowers women as a solution to end poverty. We’re deeply devoted to quality – both in the products we make and the quality of life we aim to provide. We invest in, train, and educate women so they can earn a living, break the cycle of poverty, and thrive.

Women comprise 95% of our staff at ABLE, but globally they often hold the lowest-paid, least-secure jobs. Yet we know women invest twice as much of their income into their families compared to men. When a woman is economically empowered, her children and community thrive, making her crucial to eradicating poverty. ABLE is committed to ensuring every woman receives treatment and compensation reflective of her immense worth.

What we love about ABLE

Our jewelry is all made in-house in Nashville, TN, and our leather goods, clothes, and shoes are made by manufacturing partners in Ethiopia, Mexico, Brazil, and India. Around the world, we work with entrepreneurs who share our values. We’ve found that partnering with local community leaders results in a more powerful economic transformation rather than trying to command change from the U.S.

What we love about Unlocked

Transformative Impact: Behind every piece of Unlocked jewelry is the story of the opportunity you created for its Maker. Through our employment and holistic resources, including transitional housing, career and life counseling, and financial training, our Makers are able to build a stable foundation that eventually leads them into a home and career of their own.

Responsible Craftsmanship: How it’s made matters. That’s why we only use 100% Recycled Sterling Silver, recycled packaging, and inputs from suppliers we trust. We’re not perfect, but we are committed to continual improvement.

Personal Impact: Each piece of Unlocked jewelry is handcrafted by a woman transitioning out of homelessness. With your purchase, you empower her towards permanent housing and secure employment.

Accessible Quality: We believe that high-quality, thoughtfully designed jewelry should be attainable for every woman. Our Makers craft every piece entirely in-house, cutting out the middlemen to provide you with high-quality jewelry that doesn’t break the bank.
